For what projects/services did your company hire wildcard?
We started working with them to develop a website from scratch to process orders on a platform and have everything recorded in a database. Prior to working with wildcard, all of our orders were taken over the phone or e-mail, which was not a scalable method of working.
What were your goals for this project?
Nosotros basically needed to create a platform that would allow our business to scale effectively and make lives easier for our team and our clients.

Early on, we were working with their president and partner so that they would sympathise our business and how we could streamline and automate many processes. In one case we started evolution, I worked more closely with the engineer in charge of our projection.

About a year afterwards launching our website, nosotros've been able to handle three times the book of business concern with the same amount of employees on our team.
